After a long journey, the staff welcomed us with open arms. The central location allowed for easy exploration of Southbank, with delightful eateries nearby like the Ripe café.

Unfortunately, the room had cleanliness issues, and the tumble dryer didn't work well, disrupting our plans when we needed to dry clothes on our last day.

The large apartment offered excellent space and cleanliness, but the balcony view was quite limited. Easy access to Southbank made exploring effortless, and the staff were accommodating when parking issues arose.

What you’ll love and hate

The location is incredibly convenient for those attending events. just a quick walk to BCEC! Plus, the coffee from the cafe downstairs was fantastic and energizing!

The room had minor cleanliness issues, like dust under the basins. also, there was limited staff interaction, which felt a bit impersonal at times.

The apartment had a great layout with excellent kitchen facilities, perfect for longer stays. the noise from trains was bothersome at night.

Opt for higher floors to minimize noise from the street, as lower levels might experience disturbances from passing trains.

I was absolutely horrified to find food on the couch and hairs on the mattress protector. The reception lady was as chatty as a brick wall, totally ignored my vibe. Lastly, I woudl ve been expecting a complimentary gift for such dreadful conditions, but alas, nothing. How disappointing! My stay definitley woudl not be remembered fondly.

Check-in process was smooth and efficient.

The unit was only serviced once during our 7-day stay, and this was only after I requested it. I had to take my rubbish down the road to find a disposal bin, which was really inconvenient. On top of that, our neighbours smoked in their rooms, and the smell occasionally crept into ours through the vents.

The place had an awesome layout and a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for longer stays. Great nearby cafes too!

Just an optimal selection for a city escape in Brisbane with outstanding value for money. It was great to unwind on the balcony with a cheese platter and glass of wine before dinner. A better definition of what constitutes a 'party' would go a long way for future visitors.

We loved the spacious apartment and its thoughtful layout, providing comfort for our family. Dining at the nearby café was a highlight, especially their delicious coffee! Pro tip, opt for a higher floor to minimize noise from the streets, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep.

Had an awesome trip with the crew! The place was super clean and had all the kitchen gear we needed for a great barbecue after exploring the Queensland Art Gallery and enjoying some local spots. It's just a short walk to everything we wanted. Highly recommend giving the facilities a go. Felt like a steal for the price we paid!

One drawback was the noise from the trains. It was somewhat bothersome when trying to sleep, especially with the windows open. It's worth considering if you're a light sleeper.

We had a lovely stay during our recent family trip, especially enjoying the spacious apartment, which was perfect for our large crew, including my niece. The balcony was a hit, providing a nice spot to relax after a fun day exploring Southbank and nearby attractions.

In my wife’s opinion, a deeper cleaning of the pool would benefit families.

the apartment had a nice balcony with city views and was conveniently close to south bank, allowing for pleasant walks along the Brisbane River and visits to the Queensland Art Gallery, making it a perfect base for my weekend explorations.
